Booking Conditions

A credit card number or full payment will be required to secure your booking.
Cancellations made within 48hrs of trip or failure to notify Kayaking Kiwi of a cancellation will incur a fee equivalent to the full fare.
Cancellations made outside of 48hrs but not more than 7 days will incur a fee equal to 20% of the booking.
Weather conditions may effect locations kayaked.
Although trips run rain or shine, Kayaking Kiwi reserves the right to amend, delay or cancel trips for health and safety reasons.
Should Kayaking Kiwi decide the weather conditions are unsuitable you will be offered an alternative trip, the opportunity to rebook or a refund of fare.
A reasonable level of fitness is required - if unsure please check when booking.
Prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Department of Conservation fees.
Prices may be subject to change without notice - please check when booking.
Our prices are valid until 30 September 2007.
For Group (more than 6) and Private trip Bookings, further conditions apply and are available on request.
